It provides an ultra-smooth finish to suitable plywood/oil tempered hardboard and is used to repair minor surface defects in floor smoothing compounds, sand/cement or calcium sulphate screeds and other rigid dry absorbent surfaces, prior to the installation of floorcoverings.
